Reliable Care Service Centre

Our service centre is located in Shop Number 131 on the first floor of Citi Centre Mall. If you are familiar with Goregaon West, you know that S V Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic and noise, but the mall is a decent place to be based. We have been in this same spot for a while, dealing with all the various gadgets and machines that people bring in when they break down. It’s not a very big shop, and half the space is usually taken up by boxes of parts or things waiting to be picked up. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything fancy. Most of our work comes from people walking by or folks who live nearby and don't want to travel too far to get their stuff looked at. Some days we are swamped with work and the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it’s just us cleaning the counters and organizing the tools. We try to give everyone a straight answer about their repairs. If something is going to take a week because we need to order a specific part from across town, we just say so. The mall life is alright, though the air conditioning can be a bit finicky sometimes. We’re just a small crew of regular guys trying to do the job right and keep the customers satisfied without making things complicated.
