Regus Business Centre Pvt Ltd is located in B 4 Manek Apartment, inside Sanghani Estate in Ghatkopar West. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy it stays around here. Our place is tucked away inside the estate, which makes it a little bit quieter than the main road outside, but not much. It is a very practical setup. We are not in one of those huge glass towers you see in the magazines. We are in a real building where people actually live and work every day. The lift is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite often. It is just a small group of us here. We spend our days handling whatever comes across the desk or through the door. It gets very hot in the summer, and the monsoon rains really rattle the windows when they hit. We have been here in Ghatkopar for a long time now. People around the estate know who we are. We do not go in for big advertisements or loud signs. We just keep the doors open and do our bit. There is always a lot of noise from the street, like horns honking and people shouting, but that is just Mumbai. We do not have any fancy mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss. It is a bit cramped but it feels like home.
