Regle Manpower Marketing Pvt Ltd is located over at Bawa Nu Dehlu 589 in the Bail Bazar area. It is a very lively part of town. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop in and drop off their resumes. The space is pretty functional. We have a couple of rows of chairs for people who are waiting to talk to us and a few desks where we handle the records. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic outside in Bail Bazar, so we are always wiping down the tables. We spend a lot of time talking to different companies and then looking through our files to see who might be a good fit for the jobs they have open. It is a lot of phone calls and writing down notes on yellow pads. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when five or six people are all trying to talk at once. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner, but it keeps the air moving. Most days are spent just matching names to roles and making sure we have the right contact details for everyone. It is basic work but there is always something to do. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by now.
