We are located in Andheri, right off the New Link Road at number 406. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s always crowded and the traffic is pretty much constant. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. The office is just a regular workspace with some desks and basic equipment. We don’t have any of those modern lounge areas or fancy coffee machines you see in movies. We just have a small kettle for tea and our desks. Most of us take the local train and then a rickshaw to get here. It’s a long commute for some, but we’re used to it by now. The office is usually a bit noisy because of the street traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. We deal with a lot of lists and data every day. It’s steady work that requires us to pay attention to the details. We don't have big meetings to talk about the future; we just focus on what’s on our desks today. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but it still works, so we don't complain. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We know how things should be done and we just get on with it. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We’re just a bunch of people in Andheri trying to do our jobs right.
