Referkar Digital Services Llp is way up on the 11th floor of Royale Avenue. You can find us on Dr. Vigas Street in the Chirabazar area of Mumbai. Being so high up gives us a decent view of the city, which is probably the best part of the office. The street level is always crowded and noisy, as you’d expect in Mumbai, but it gets a bit quieter once you get up to the 1101 unit. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of folders stacked up. We deal with digital services, but the day-to-day is mostly just us sitting at our computers and answering the phone. It’s not a glamorous job. We don’t have a fancy coffee bar or a lounge area. Most of us just bring a thermos from home. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The elevator is usually packed during the morning rush, so we try to get in early. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just talk things through and get to work. It’s a small team and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. We try to be helpful to whoever reaches out to us. We don’t use a lot of fancy terminology. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it.
