Redington India Ltd

In Vikhroli Village, we operate Redington India Ltd out of Room No 2 in the Rosy Mdsouza Chawl. It is a very humble setup, and we aren't ashamed of that. This is where the real work happens. It’s right in the heart of the village area, so it’s busy and crowded, but it is also very connected to the local community. The room is packed with files, a couple of computers, and usually some stock waiting to be moved. It’s a tight space, but it’s efficient. We don’t have room for anything that isn’t absolutely necessary. The staff here is used to the close quarters and the noise of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the doorstep, talking to people and managing the flow of goods. It is a very practical, grounded way to do business. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just focus on the logistics of getting things where they need to go in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes it gets a bit hot, and the space is small, but the work is honest and it keeps us busy. We have been here for a long time and we know the rhythms of the chawl. It is just a group of us working out of a small room to make sure the distribution side of the business keeps running. There are no frills here, just people doing their jobs every day without any fuss. It’s a little messy sometimes, but we get things done.
