Redington India Limited

We have been operating Redington India Limited out of Mumbai for some time now. It is a busy place to be. Every morning, the staff filters in, dealing with the traffic and the noise of the city before getting to their desks. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly coordination and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done. People often think of big companies as being very formal, but here, it’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the daily schedule. We drink a lot of tea and spend a good amount of time on the phone. Sometimes the elevators are slow, and the monsoon rain makes the commute a mess, but we still show up and do what is required. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If you come by, you’ll just see people working, boxes being moved, and the usual hustle you expect in a city like this. We have built our routine around the pace of Mumbai. It’s a lot of logistical work, tracking stuff, and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. We’ve grown used to the rhythm here. It is just a group of people doing their jobs as best as they can without making a fuss about it. That is how we like to run things. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we know.
