We are located over in Anushaktinagar, specifically in the New Mandala area at Sharad-26. It is a bit of a trek for some of us to get here every morning, but the neighborhood has a certain quiet feel that you do not often find in the middle of Mumbai. Our office is not a fancy glass tower or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we have set up our desks and computers. The humidity usually gets to us by mid-morning, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the room is filled with stuff we have collected over the years, like old stacks of paper and extra chairs that nobody really uses. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab snacks from the local stalls or eating whatever we brought from home at our desks. There is no big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. Most days are just spent sitting around the main table talking through what needs to get done. The Sharad building is pretty easy to find once you are in the colony, and we like that it is tucked away from the heaviest traffic. It is a simple place where we show up, do our work, and then head back out into the city crowds at the end of the day. It feels more like a small workshop than a big company.
