Our place is in the T V Industrial estate, specifically in units 21 and 23. We are located in the Worli Mukund Nagar area of Mumbai. It is an older industrial spot, but it stays very busy with all the trucks and workers. Rbsa Advisory is the name we use. It is definitely not the quietest place to spend a day because of the noise from the other units around us. You can hear machines and people working all through the day. We have been in this particular unit for a long time now. It is a very practical and basic space with concrete floors and high ceilings. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive furniture. It is just an office where we do our advisory work. Mumbai is always in a rush and we are just a small part of that daily grind. The industrial estate has its own feel to it. We know the security guards and the people who bring the tea around in the afternoon. It feels like a real community of people just trying to work hard. We handle our meetings and paperwork as they come. Sometimes the heavy rains in Worli make it hard to get to the estate, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how we look. We just focus on the actual work that needs to be finished.
