Raynol Decor is located over at D-63 in the Government Industrial Estate in Charkop, Kandivli West. This whole area is a hub for manufacturing, so there are lots of workshops and factories surrounding us. We have been operating from this unit for quite a long time. The space is very functional, with more focus on the production floor than on any kind of office decor. We deal with various decor items and parts, so you’ll usually see a lot of raw materials and finished pieces scattered around the place. There’s always the hum of machines and the sound of workers talking in the background. We aren't a massive company with a lot of departments; we just have a dedicated team that knows how to get the work done. The roads in Charkop can be quite rough, and we often have to deal with some flooding during the heavy rains, but that’s just part of life in this industrial zone. We start our days early and stay until the production goals are met. It’s a very hands-on environment where we spend most of our time on our feet. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate brochures. We just rely on our years of experience and the steady work we do every day. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the industrial estate, and we are quite okay with how things run.
