Ravi Pawar

I am Ravi Pawar and my workshop is located in Jogeshwari West, right near Jayamahal Park 257. It’s a busy part of town, which is good because there is always something going on. I’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. It’s not a large area, so things can get a bit cluttered when I have a lot of projects going on at once. I do mostly everything myself, from answering the phone to doing the actual work. I don't have a fancy office with a view of the park, just a solid roof and enough light to see what I’m doing. People in the neighborhood know me as the guy who stays late to finish things. I don’t believe in rushing a job just to get it done, but I also don’t like to waste time. My English isn't perfect and my desk is usually covered in notes, but I get the job done. I like being near Jayamahal Park because I can take a walk there when I need a break from the noise of the street. It helps me clear my head. Most of my business comes from word of mouth. I don't do any advertising. If someone likes what I did for them, they tell a friend. That is how I have always operated. It keeps things simple and honest, which is how I like it.
