Rati Infotech is tucked away at Shop No 21 in the Asmita Jyoti building. We are based in Malad West, specifically the Walhekarwadi area. If you are looking for us, we are right near Veer Bhagat Singh School. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with kids and parents always around. We have been here for a while now, just running our small tech business. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us handling computer repairs and software stuff. The shop is small and can get a bit cluttered with parts and boxes, but that is how we work. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress people with big words. We just look at what’s broken and try to fix it. Some days it is quiet and we just sit and wait for the door to open. Other days, like when the school is letting out, it gets quite noisy. We like being part of the local community here in Malad. People know they can just drop in and talk to us. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything. We just want to do the work and make sure the customers are okay with what we did. The building itself is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We are usually there from the morning until the evening. It is just a regular life in a regular shop.
