Rass Consultancy Services is tucked away in N 7 Rh 4, Sector 7 in Vashi. Being here in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400 703, we are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial area. The office is more like a row house than a corporate suite. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed and less stiff. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves a lot of talking, phone calls, and looking at various documents. There is a small team of us here, and we have been working together for quite some time now. We do not have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just handle the requests as they come in through the door or over the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but we do not mind much. We spend our mornings getting through emails and our afternoons in meetings. It is a very practical way of working. We know the neighbors and we know the local shops where we get our stationery and snacks. It is just a normal business day for us, starting early and finishing up when the work is finally done. We do not try to act like a giant multinational. We are just a local Vashi firm doing our bit and keeping things simple for the people who walk through our door every day. No frills, just the work we do.
