We are located over at Kasturba Housing Society in Vishrantwadi, Pune. The office is actually in Abhayappts, Flat number 9. D-20 is the building part, and the name Ekta Mehta Sharma is tied to our spot here. We’ve been working from here for a good while. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice because it helps us focus on our work without too much city noise. We do technical work, mostly involving software and systems. The rooms are filled with computers and the occasional stack of papers that we haven't gotten around to filing yet. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. It’s more of a local feel here. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our afternoon tea. Everyone on the team has their own way of doing things, but it all comes together in the end. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but we stay on top of it. It’s just a group of us in a flat in Pune, making sure the business stays running and the clients get what they need. It’s honest work and we don’t feel the need to dress it up with fancy words or promises. We just work and keep the files in order. It’s a simple setup that works.
