Ramesh Thakkar

I run my business out of Pragati Society in Kandivali West. The address is 16/154, and it is a pretty quiet residential area for the most part. I have been living and working around here for a long time. People usually just call me by my name, Ramesh. I do not really have a big company name because it is just me and a little bit of help now and then. My office is just a part of where I live, so it is very informal. You will see my papers spread out on the table and the fan humming in the corner. Kandivali is a nice place to be, though Mahavi can get a bit busy during the evenings. I handle all the work myself, from talking to people to doing the actual tasks. I do not believe in using big words or pretending to be a huge corporation. If someone needs something done, they come to my door or give me a ring. I try to be straightforward with everyone. If I cannot do something, I say so. Most of my clients are people who have known me for years or got my number from a friend. It is built on being around the society and just doing decent work. My day usually starts early with some tea and then I get through my list. It is a steady way to live. I am just Ramesh, doing my job from my home.
