We operate out of Shop No 3 in the Dwell Inn Apartment in Santacruz East. It’s on the 9th Main Road, right behind Vakola Church. If you know the J C Industrial Estate, we are just a stone's throw away from there. The shop is usually filled with computer towers, tangled wires, and various spare parts scattered across the workbenches. It looks a bit messy to most people, but we know exactly where every screwdriver and cable is hidden. We spend most of our days staring at screens or taking apart laptops to see why they aren't turning on. It’s quiet work most of the time, except for the sound of the cooling fans or the occasional beep from a motherboard. Santacruz is a busy place, and there’s always someone coming in with a broken phone or a computer that’s acting up. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding a soldering iron. Sometimes we are working late because a job took longer than we thought it would. That’s just the nature of fixing tech stuff. We’ve been here in this little shop for a good stretch of time and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a practical place for people who need their gadgets looked at by someone who knows the insides of a machine. That is basically what happens here.
