Rajesh Ramesh Kulkarni

My shop is located in Sector-9A of Cumballa Hill. It’s Shop Number 42/A in the Sai Krupa Building. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past it many times. I spend most of my time behind the counter or back in the storage area checking on inventory. It’s a small shop but we pack a lot into it. I’ve always preferred running my own place rather than working for someone else in a big office. There’s more freedom this way, even if the responsibility is all on me. I know most of my customers by name because they’ve been coming here for years. We talk about the weather or the local news while I help them find what they need. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that freezes you out. We have a couple of fans that do the job just fine. My family has always lived in this part of the city, so it felt natural to set up shop here. I don't really have a plan to expand or open more locations. Keeping this one running smoothly is enough work for me. I like the routine of opening up in the morning and seeing the familiar faces of the neighborhood. It’s a steady life and I’m happy with how things are. Being a part of Cumballa Hill is something I really value.
