Raje Subhaji Agro Producer Company Limited

Raje Subhaji Agro is based in K.Hadgaon, which is part of the Partur area in the Jalna district. We use a space at House No 19, which is care of Kakde Devrao Mukinda. It is a very local setup, nothing fancy about it at all. We are mostly a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources together a while back. Jalna can be a tough place for farming because of the water situation, so we try to help each other manage the best we can. We do not have a big staff of employees, just a few of us who take turns looking after the company business while the others are in the fields. Most of our days are spent talking about crops like cotton or pulses, depending on what season it is. We do not really use much technology here, just the basics to keep our books in order. The house where we operate from is a regular home in the middle of the village. This makes it easy for people to stop by and have a chat whenever they need something. We are not trying to sell anything to people outside our immediate area. We just want to make sure the farming in K.Hadgaon stays profitable for everyone involved. Sometimes we even have our meetings under the trees if the house gets too hot in the afternoon. It is a very informal way of doing things.
