Mangate Kranti Agro Producer Company Limited

Our small office is located at House Number 18 in Shelgaon. It is a quiet village in the Kannad Tehsil of Aurangabad. Mangate Kranti Agro is a company we started several years ago to help out the local farmers in our area. There are a lot of us involved in this, and we all have our own fields to look after when we are not at the office. Being right here in Shelgaon means we stay close to the people we actually work with every day. We do not like to make things complicated with big words or a bunch of corporate talk. We just focus on the crops and making sure the farmers get what they need to keep going. Some days the office is completely empty because we are all out in the fields, and other days it is crowded with people looking for advice or wanting to sign up. We have had some tough years recently with the weather being unpredictable, but we keep moving forward. The address is easy enough to find if you are already in the village. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that individual farmers find hard to do on their own. It is a lot of hard work, and the money is not always great, but it feels good to be doing something for our own community. You might find some mud on the floor if you visit, but that is just a sign work is happening.
