Agro Pipe Point

The shop is at B-616 in the Bhaveshwar Arcade. It is right on L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkoper East. We handle all sorts of pipes and irrigation parts here. Usually, it is a bit of a mess with plastic tubes and metal fittings piled up. People from the nearby areas come in looking for specific valves or connectors for their plumbing. The arcade gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan going behind the counter. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. My family started Agro Pipe Point and we just kept it running. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just sell what people need. The traffic on L.B.S. Marg is always loud, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes we run out of a certain size of pipe and have to wait for the truck to come from the warehouse. We spend a lot of time writing things down in our big ledger because we don't use a computer much. It is just a basic way to keep track of who owes what. Some of the farmers come from quite far away to get their supplies. We try to help them find the right fit so they don't have to make the trip back. It is just a small business with a lot of heavy lifting. We like the work though, even if it gets our clothes dusty.
