Rajdhani Restaurant

We run this restaurant in Chembur, right on the Sion Road. If you know the area, we are situated at Shree Dattatrey Sewa Mandal, near the Aarogya Sewa Kendra. We are tucked behind Suman Nagar in Mumbai 400071. Running a kitchen is a lot of work. We start early in the morning getting everything ready for the day. The smell of the stove and the sound of pans are just part of the background here. It’s a busy spot because of the location. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to work or coming back home. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure things are where they should be. It’s not like those fancy places in the malls; it’s just a real local eatery. Sometimes it gets crowded and we have to move fast to keep everyone fed. The humidity in Mumbai can make the kitchen feel like a sauna, but we're used to the heat. We've been part of this Chembur neighborhood for a while. You get to know the regulars who come in every day for their meals. We just want to serve the food and keep the place running smoothly. There is always something to do, whether it’s chopping vegetables or washing up. It’s a simple life but it keeps us very busy. We are right there behind Suman Nagar if you're ever looking for a meal.
