Raghunandan Panshikar

Raghunandan Panshikar is located in Dadar West, specifically on Mira Bhayandar Road. We are in Flat No 10, A Wing, of the Dhuru Wadi building. It is more of a home-office setup than a cold, corporate environment. Being in Dadar means we are right in the thick of things. The sounds of the street, the local vendors, and the constant movement of people are just part of our daily life. The flat is a bit older, but it has a comfortable feel to it. We have converted the main living area into our workspace. There are desks pushed up against the walls and shelves filled with various supplies and records. It can get a little crowded when we have a few people over, but we manage. We like the fact that it feels lived-in. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of fresh air and watch the traffic on Mira Bhayandar Road. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look for the A Wing entrance. Our routine is pretty simple. We start early to avoid the worst of the heat and work through our tasks one by one. It’s a very local operation. We know the neighbors and the people who run the shops downstairs. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the work finished. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business.
