Radjya (Opc) Private Limited is located at 425 in the Gulmohar CHSLTD, which is part of the MHB Colony. This is over in Adarsh Nagar, Oshiwara, right off the New Link Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a residential-style setup, which is quite common for businesses around here. Being in a CHS means we are surrounded by people living their lives, so you hear kids playing or neighbors talking in the hallways. Our space is just one unit where we’ve set up our equipment. It’s not a huge operation, just me and a couple of others sometimes. We like being near the New Link Road because it makes it easier to get around this part of Mumbai, even with the traffic. The office is pretty plain. We have some basic chairs and a couple of tables. There’s a window that looks out onto the colony, which is nice for a bit of light. It feels very local and unpretentious. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. We just do our work from this little spot in Jogeshwari. It’s a practical choice for us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials arriving, but we just move things around until it fits. It’s an honest, small-scale setup that allows us to focus on the work itself without any unnecessary distractions or overhead.
