Radiance Vision

Radiance Vision is based over in Bandra West, at 97 Pant Nagar. Bandra is always moving, and our street is no different. There are people everywhere and plenty of shops nearby. Our office is a bit cluttered, to be honest. We have screens everywhere and cables running across the floor that we have to be careful not to trip over. It’s a place where we do a lot of looking at images and videos, trying to get things to look right for whatever project is on the schedule. The lighting inside is always a bit dim because it helps us see the monitors better, which can feel a bit strange when you walk back out into the bright Mumbai sun. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small crew that likes working on visual stuff. There’s usually some music playing in the background, something low to help us concentrate. We often order food from the local places around Pant Nagar when we’re working late, which happens more often than we’d like to admit. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic, and the printer usually jams when we’re in a hurry, but we make it work. It’s a creative space that feels a bit messy but productive. We just focus on the screens and try to get the vision right for the people who come to us. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now.
