R Technologies based in Mumbai. We’re right here in the middle of everything in India. Being a tech company in Mumbai means things move pretty fast and the office can feel a bit cramped sometimes with all the computers and wires. We don’t have a big glass skyscraper or a fancy breakroom with a ping-pong table. It's just a bunch of desks where we sit and work on code or fix technical issues for people. The city is always noisy outside so we usually have our headphones on to stay focused. We do a lot of different things like helping people with their websites or making sure their systems are running right. Some days the coffee machine is the most important thing in the office because the nights can get long. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just take the jobs as they come and try to solve the problems. It's honest work and we've been doing it for a good while now. Mumbai is a tough city but it's a good place for technology because everyone needs something fixed or built. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the screen. It's not always exciting but it's what we know how to do. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth rather than big advertisements.
