You can find us in Room 5/B on the ground floor of Amba B. Borivali East is where we have been based for quite a while. Since we are so close to the Yashwant Shopping Centre, there is always a lot of foot traffic around our building. Our actual workspace is pretty small and cramped. Computers and boxes of spare parts take up most of the room. A large portion of our day is spent staring at monitors or opening up devices that locals bring in for a look. It gets quite warm during the summer months. We run a small fan constantly to keep the air moving. People often pop their heads in to ask about phone repairs or their internet connection. We try to answer them while we carry on with our tasks. The tile floor has seen better days and is marked up from us sliding our chairs around. This isn't a flashy place with neon signs. It is just a simple office. We drink several rounds of tea and coffee to get through the work. The neighborhood mostly consists of other small shops and traders. We know most of the people who walk by every day. It is just a spot where we handle technical things and try to keep everything running. Sometimes delivery drivers have a hard time spotting our door because of how the building is shaped.
