R D Global is set up over in Wadala Rs, near the Katha Bazar area. Specifically, we’re at Kasturba Sangh No 1 in Mahadev Na. It’s a lively part of town, always something going on outside our doors. We handle things on a bit of a broader scale, hence the name, but we’re still just a local crew at heart. The office is often full of boxes or papers, depending on what week it is. We deal with a lot of logistics and coordinating stuff. It can get pretty chaotic when multiple things are happening at once. We don’t have a sleek office or expensive furniture. We use what we have and focus on the tasks in front of us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to keep things moving. We’ve been around Wadala for a while and we like the vibe of the market nearby. It’s convenient for getting lunch or just taking a quick break from the screens. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the jobs done so everyone can go home on time. Some days that’s easier said than done, especially when there’s a delay somewhere in the chain. But we’ve learned to roll with the punches over the years. We take things as they come and try to stay organized as much as possible in a busy environment like this one. It's a lot of coordination and constant checking.
