Quiesta Technologies is based out of Latur. Our office is located at Vivekanand Puram, near Parimal School. It’s actually at Mohan Dattopant Makane’s place, R-3/955-A/B. Being in a place like Latur, things are a bit different than the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. It’s quieter here, which is nice for focusing on work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a one-person type of company setup, so it’s a small, focused operation. A couple of rooms are used for our tech work and we keep everything pretty informal. Suits aren't worn here at all. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep things low-key. Having been here for some time now, the locals know us. It’s a basic setup with some computers, a printer, and a lot of cables. Big marketing budgets or sales teams don't exist here. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing who we are in the community. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it suits us fine. Getting the work done and going home to our families is the priority. Complicated mission statements aren't necessary. We are just a local tech business trying to do alright in our hometown. We're satisfied with how things are running right now without any extra fuss.
