Quarter Deck

Located near Kokilaben Hospital in Andheri West. It's just a spot we've been running for a while now. We started Quarter Deck because we wanted a place in this part of town where people could just sit and eat without it being a whole big thing. The area is always busy with people coming from the hospital or just walking around Andheri, so we try to keep things moving. We didn't want anything fancy or over the top. It's just a regular dining space. Some days are packed, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We've got our routine down now. The kitchen stays busy, and we just focus on getting the food out to the tables. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us and the locals who stop by. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up, more traffic on the roads, but we're still right here. Usually, it's just about making sure the chairs are clean and the lights are on. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. People know where we are, right near the main hospital gates. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up, prep the ingredients, and wait for the lunch rush to start. That's pretty much our day-to-day life at Quarter Deck. Just a simple place in a busy part of Mumbai. We’re here most days of the week just keeping things going for the people nearby.
