Quantum Travels Pvt Ltd is just our little travel business. We don't have a big storefront on a main street; we mostly handle things through our email, Vaibhavib at Rediffmail. It’s a bit of an old-school way to do things, but it works for us and our customers seem to like it. We spend most of our day looking at flight schedules and hotel bookings on our screens. It's a lot of clicking around and making sure the dates line up. We started this because we liked seeing new places and figured we could help others do the same. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes there are delays or cancellations we have to sort out, which can be a real pain. We aren't some massive agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us. We try to be honest about what a trip is going to be like. If a hotel isn't great, we’ll usually say so. We've been doing this for a while now from our desks. Most of our regulars are people who have been booking with us for years. They know we’re just regular folks who know their way around a travel itinerary. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a decent way to make a living and we get to hear some cool stories from people returning from their vacations.
