Qualis Ventures Llp

Qualis Ventures Llp is located in Dadar West, which is always a hive of activity. We’ve got our office on the ground floor, unit G-2, inside Navneet Bhavan on Baburao Parulekar Marg. It’s a pretty old-school building at Plot-435, but it’s solid and it’s in a great location for us. Being in Dadar means we’re right in the middle of everything, though finding a place to park a bike can be a struggle some days. The office itself is quite basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork because that’s just the nature of the venture business. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags or glass walls. It’s just a place to work. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going over documents. Since we’re on the ground floor, we get people dropping by occasionally, and we can hear the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood and the fact that we can get a good vada pav just a few steps away from the front door.
