Purvanchal Credit Co Operative Society

Our office is tucked away in Narendra Niwas, right in the middle of Asalpha Village. It's a very busy part of Ghatkopar West, and things are always moving and shaking around here. We’ve been part of the Subhash Nagar neighborhood for quite some time now. Dealing with money and credits is always a serious business, but we try to keep things relaxed when people walk through the door. It’s a cooperative society, so it’s really about the members who live around this part of Mumbai 84. We aren't like those big banks with the glass buildings and expensive suits. This is a local spot where we know most of the names and family histories. Sometimes the office gets really crowded on Monday mornings, and we just handle the paperwork one by one until it's finished. Life in Ghatkopar is fast and loud, so we try to be a place where things actually make sense for the common man. We keep our records in order and make sure everything is done by the book. The building itself is just a regular housing society, and we’re located on the ground floor. It's easy for the elderly folks to drop by and have a chat. We don't have any big slogans or shiny posters on the walls. We just open up in the morning and do what needs doing for our members. It's a community thing and we like it that way.
