You can find us on Lamington Road at number 116. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how loud and crowded it gets with all the electronics shops and people pushing carts. Our space is filled with boxes most of the time. We are constantly bringing things in and sending things out. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking labels to make sure everything is going to the right place. The shop isn't very big, so we have to use every inch of the shelves. Sometimes it feels like the boxes are going to fall over, but we have a system that works for us. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers who are always looking for specific parts or items. The street outside is a constant stream of noise, horns honking and people shouting, but you get used to it after a week or so. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a place of business where we focus on the inventory and getting things shipped out. Usually, we are busy from the moment we open the shutters until we close them at night. We have a small corner where we keep the records and a tiny stool for taking a quick break between orders. It’s a tough environment, but it keeps us on our toes. We just keep moving the stock and checking lists.
