Psv Infotech is located at No 22 in the Chhatrapati Shivaji Market, right by the Bodella Flyover Bridge in Wadala East. Mumbai is a crowded city, and our spot in the market is no exception. It’s always loud with the sound of the flyover traffic above us and the shoppers down below. We handle tech-related stuff here, which feels a bit different from the usual market stalls selling vegetables or clothes. Our shop is small and filled with computers, cables, and various bits of hardware piled up. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most people who come in are locals from Wadala or people who happen to be passing through the market for other things. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us because they need something fixed or they’re looking for a specific part. The air conditioning struggles a bit against the Mumbai heat, but it keeps the machines from overheating. We’ve been in this market for a while and we like being part of the local chaos. It’s a real place with real people. We just try to help folks with their tech problems and keep our small business running day to day. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes and connected to the neighborhood.
