Pruthavi Computer

We are located in Gala No. 14 inside the Jyoti Studio Compound. It’s right near Kenedy Bridge in the Nana Chowk area of Grant Road West. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving and full of noise. Our compound is an old one, and it’s got that industrial feel with different small businesses all packed together. We focus on computers here. It’s not a shiny retail store with glass displays. It is more of a workshop where there are always parts scattered on the tables and a few old towers waiting to be looked at. People from the surrounding apartments and offices bring us their laptops when things go wrong. We don't have a marketing department or any polished brochures to hand out. We just talk to people plainly about what is wrong with their machines. Some days the heat in the compound is a bit much, but we have our fans going and we stay busy. We’ve been in this same spot for years, so the neighbors know us well. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but not too bad. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We just try to find the problem, fix it if we can, and move on to the next one. It’s a very manual, hands-on type of business. We’re just a small group of guys who understand how computers work. You’ll usually find us by the sound of a screwdriver or a fan.
