Protocol Technology

Protocol Technology is based over in Koperkhairane. We don't have a massive corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can actually get things done. We’ve been working out of this area for a while now. Most of the time, we are busy with some technical issue or another. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes it involves a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We aren't a big multinational. It’s just a few of us who know our way around technology. We help out local businesses and people nearby when their systems fail. Koperkhairane is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get around from here. The office is usually filled with parts and tools. It can look a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy ads. People usually find us because a friend told them we could help. We just like to fix things and make them work again. It’s a straightforward approach. We show up, see what the problem is, and try to find a solution that makes sense. Some days are long, especially when a project gets complicated. But that’s just the nature of technology work. We stay focused on the task at hand and try to stay helpful to the folks in our community who have been coming to us for years. It is what it is.
