Protocol One It Labs Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 221 in the Kothari Industrial Estate. We are right next to the Asian Paints facility in Bhandup West. You can usually tell you’re close because of the faint smell of paint in the air. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not exactly a quiet or pretty place. There are trucks moving in and out all day, and the roads can be a bit bumpy. Our lab is a solid, no-nonsense space. We have rows of computers, servers, and various testing equipment set up on heavy-duty benches. It’s a bit of a gray space, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time staring at screens or troubleshooting hardware. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art on the walls. We have a small pantry where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. Bhandup West is a busy hub, and we’ve been part of this industrial patch for a good while now. Most of the people who come here are technicians or delivery drivers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle fancy communications. We just answer the phone, do the work, and manage the labs. It’s often a bit cluttered with old parts and manuals, but that’s just the nature of an IT lab in an industrial area like this.
