You can find us on the 4th floor of Shrishti Square, which is right on L B S Road in Bhandup West. Being Protechmanize Solutions Private Limited in this part of Mumbai means we are always surrounded by the noise of the city. L B S Road is always moving, and that kind of energy rubs off on us in the office. Our space in Room 407 is pretty functional. We have our setups, some files piled up, and a few plants that someone remembers to water once a week. We focus on technical solutions, but we talk about it in plain English. There’s no point using big words when a simple explanation works better. The team is a good bunch of people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some packets. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we figure it out. Bhandup is a solid place to work, very grounded. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just being the one that people can actually talk to without getting a scripted answer. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, making sure things are moving along. It’s a lot of small steps that add up.
