Proprietory Firm

This is a small proprietory firm that operates mainly through email and our personal network. We don't have a physical office building where you can come and sit down. Instead, we do most of our work from home or by meeting people at the properties they are interested in. It started out quite small, just helping out a few friends with their real estate questions, and it eventually turned into a full-time job. We handle all sorts of things related to property management and helping people find the right spaces. Because we don't have the overhead of a big office, we can keep things very simple and straightforward. We use the Snehanjanm email for all our communication. It helps us keep everything in one place so nothing gets lost. Sometimes the work can be a bit slow, especially when the market is quiet, but we just take it as it comes. We don't use any high-tech systems or complicated software to do our jobs. It’s just about talking to people and making sure the details are right. We try to get back to everyone who emails us as soon as we can, though sometimes it takes a bit of time if we are out visiting a site. It’s a very basic way of running a business, but it seems to work well for us and the people we help. We just do things one step at a time and try to stay busy.
