Property Guard Security Services Pvt Ltd is based out of D101 in the Saikrupa Park II housing society. We are located on Chinchpada Road over in the Katemanivali area of Kalyan East. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we’ve been here for a while. Our main thing is keeping an eye on properties and making sure everything is safe. It’s not the most exciting job most days, but it is important. We have guards who are out there in the heat and the rain, just doing their rounds. The office itself is in the society, so we are right in the middle of things. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating shifts and checking in on different sites. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when someone doesn't show up for a shift, but we always find a way to cover it. We aren't a massive security firm with thousands of people. We’re smaller, more local. We know the people in the buildings we watch over. It feels more personal that way. We don't have fancy uniforms with gold trim or anything. Just simple, sturdy gear that gets the job done. We just want people to feel a bit more relaxed about their property when they aren't there. It’s basic, honest work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up and do the job.
