Prompt Ups Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd. is located inside the Orient Shopping Plaza on M.S. Ali Road. We are part of the Hotel Orient building complex in Grant Road East. If you’ve been to this area, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the shops and traffic. Our shop is at number 23. It’s a small space, mostly filled with heavy UPS units and stacks of batteries. We spend a lot of time testing power backups and fixing circuit boards that have fried. It’s dusty work, and the smell of solder is usually in the air. We don't have a fancy showroom floor. People come in when their power goes out or their batteries die, and they need help fast. We try to be quick about it because we know how annoying it is to be without power. There’s usually a bit of a mess on the main counter with tools and multimeters lying around. We’ve been in this plaza for years and know all the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a busy life, but we like the energy of Grant Road. We don't bother with big slogans or fancy brochures. We just focus on getting the machines running again so people can get back to their own work. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with old machinery and heavy lifting when it is needed.
