Prompt Computers

Prompt Computers is basically me and a couple of others handling tech stuff. We use the name Aatishkoli for our online bits and emails, which is how most people get a hold of us these days. It’s funny how things have moved from just fixing a broken screen to doing everything through a screen. We aren't some massive shop in a mall. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks surrounded by parts, wires, and half-finished projects. It gets a bit messy sometimes. You can usually find a pile of old keyboards in the corner or a laptop that’s been taken apart. We deal with all sorts of computer problems that people in the area bring to us. Sometimes it’s a virus, other times the whole thing just won't turn on. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse people with tech talk. If it’s broken, we say so. If it’s an easy fix, we do it. The name Prompt Computers came about because we really try not to let things sit on the shelf for weeks. People need their stuff back so they can work or do school. Using the Aatishkoli contact is the fastest way to see if we are around. We spend long hours here, usually with some music playing in the background while we work. It’s just what we do. There is no big mystery to it, just fixing machines and helping people out.
