Prokanz Canisters Pvt Ltd

We operate out of 5 Lachhman Nagar over in Vile Parle East. Prokanz Canisters is basically about making things and having enough storage for them. The space is mostly filled with the canisters themselves and the machinery we use to put them together. It’s not exactly the quietest work environment, especially when the machines are running at full tilt during a big order. We’ve been at this address for several years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Vile Parle East is a good area for us because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to get in and out, usually. The office part of the building is just a small desk and some old filing cabinets tucked in the back corner. We spend much more time on the shop floor anyway. It’s often dusty work and we usually end the day with some grease or grime on our hands. That’s just the nature of this kind of business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone doing sales, mostly people find us because they need specific canisters for their own products. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the lids fit like they should. Sometimes we run out of floor space and have to stack things really high, which makes the whole place feel like a bit of a maze. We keep a small, loyal crew, mostly guys who have been with us for a long time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work.
