Professional Publication Limited has its office in Prabhadevi, right at A 102 on the 1st floor of Brahma Siddh. If you know the area, it's not too hard to find. We spend our days surrounded by a lot of paper and manuscripts. Being in the publishing business means there is always something to read or proofread. The office gets a bit cramped when new shipments of books come in but we manage. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but the building is sturdy. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The fans hum all day and the light through the windows is usually pretty good in the mornings. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who handle the editing and the layout work. Sometimes we sit around the big table and just go over the pages until they look right. It’s a lot of quiet work, mostly typing and checking for mistakes. Prabhadevi is a busy part of town so there is always some noise from outside. We usually drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps us stay focused during the long afternoons. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate giant. We just like making sure things get printed correctly. People come by to drop off their writing and we take a look at it. It’s a basic way of doing things but it has worked for us so far.
