Prince Infotech

Prince Infotech is a small place located in Kurla West. Our address is 5/A in the Krishnadham Society, which is right on LBS Marg near the D'So area. Since it is on such a main road, there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We mostly work on computers and other IT equipment. People bring us their laptops when they are acting up or if they accidentally spilled something on the keyboard. We also help people set up software or fix their home internet connections when things stop working. Since we are inside a residential society, it feels a bit more relaxed than a shop on the main street. We have a few desks and there are wires and spare parts scattered everywhere. It is usually just me and one other person working here most days. We both just really liked working with computers since we were younger. We are not a big, official service center with uniforms and a reception desk. We are just a local spot where you can get your computer looked at. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for a specific part to be delivered from the city. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense without using too many confusing tech words. Most of our customers are people who live in the society or own shops nearby on LBS Marg. We have been here for a while now.
