We are over here at B 203 in Tulip Rachna Garden. It’s right on Guru Gobind Singh Road in the Mulund Colony part of Mumbai. Most days start with trying to find a decent parking spot nearby because it gets quite crowded around here. The building itself is easy to find if you know the landmark. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with whatever paperwork comes in that day. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but we just get used to it. The area is pretty busy with people going to work or running errands. If you walk down the street there are a few places to grab some tea or a quick snack during the afternoon break. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we get our work done. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of us live fairly close so the commute isn’t too bad compared to other parts of Mumbai. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the windows let in enough light. We keep the files organized as best as we can in the metal cabinets. If someone calls, we usually answer right away unless we are out for lunch. The stairs are steep if the lift is acting up. People often stop by just to ask for directions to other buildings. It feels like a small community here. We see the same faces every morning. We always make sure to turn off the lights before leaving.
