We are based in Mumbai, right in Andheri East at 101 Bhagwan Bhawan in JB Nagar. It’s a very busy part of the city. If you’ve ever been to Andheri, you know the hustle is constant and never really stops. Our office is on the first floor, so we hear the street noise and horns all day long. It’s not a fancy glass tower; it’s just a regular building that’s been there for quite a few years now. We’ve got a lot of people coming in and out because of the central location. Inside, the space is pretty packed with desks and computers for everyone. There isn't much room to move around, but we manage to get things done. We spend our days looking at screens and talking on the phone. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai humidity, but we’re used to it. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby or bring a tiffin from home. There isn't a cafeteria or anything like that in the building. We just eat at our desks and keep talking about our day. Most of us take the local train or the metro to get here, so we’re always checking the time to beat the evening rush. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, but we keep it friendly for everyone. We aren't big on titles or anything like that; we just all pitch in to get the work finished. Bhagwan Bhawan is a landmark for us now. It’s where we spend our time.
