You can find Prerna Computer Technical Hse over in RNA Millenium Park. We are in building 1-B, up on the fifth floor in room 504. Being in Kandivali West on MG Road makes it easy for us to get around and for people to find the complex. It’s a residential and commercial mix here, which we like. The office is basically a workshop full of tools, spare parts, and computers in various states of being fixed. It’s a bit messy at times, but that’s just how technical work goes. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting issues or setting up systems. It’s just a few of us here, so when the phones start ringing and three people walk in at the same time, it gets a bit lively. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. People just come straight back to where we are working. We’ve been based in this unit for quite some time now. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local area. We aren't some big tech corporation with a sleek office. We’re just local guys who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late to finish it so the customer can have it back the next morning. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We enjoy the challenge of figuring out a problem that’s stumped someone else. It’s what we do every day.
