Our company, Precise Chemipharma Pvt. Ltd., is located at 108, Malwa, within the E.S. Patnwala Estate on L.S.B. Marg in Ghatkopar. It’s a large estate with a lot of different industrial and commercial units, so there’s always a lot of activity and people moving around throughout the day. We’ve been here for a good while, and the Malwa building has become very familiar to us. The office itself is pretty simple—nothing fancy, just some desks, computers, and a lot of shelves filled with pharmaceutical references and samples. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it if someone knocks. Ghatkopar is a great place to be because of the connections, but the traffic on L.S.B. Marg can be quite a struggle, especially during the monsoon season or evening rush hour. We have a small, dedicated group of people here who just want to do their work and go home to their families. We often take a break in the afternoon for some tea and a bit of a chat about the news or the local weather. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we are serious about our work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local company doing our part in the chemical and pharma world. It’s honest work and we’re proud of being part of this busy community.
