My name is Pravin and I operate from Omkar Apartment in Vashi Village. I’m in flat 203 on plot number 16. Vashi is a great part of Navi Mumbai, and the village area has its own unique feel compared to the more commercial parts of the city. I’ve been here for several years now. My setup is pretty basic. I have a desk, a couple of chairs, and my computer. I didn't want a fancy office in a mall or a big tower because this is more comfortable and practical. It’s where I can focus on getting the work done without unnecessary costs. Every day is a bit different. Some days I’m buried in paperwork, and other days I’m out meeting people around Vashi. I don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound bigger than I am. I’m just one person doing my job. The neighbors in Omkar Apt are used to me being around and working from here. It’s a quiet enough building for the most part. I try to be organized, though my desk sometimes gets a bit messy when I have several projects going at once. Being in Vashi Village means I'm close to everything I need, but it still feels a bit more like a community than the rest of the city. I just keep things moving and try to do right by the people who come to me for help.
